Tharvaya is a Dragonborn Warlock rendered as a collector's display bust — an imposing figure whose every surface tells a story. She wears intricately engraved plate armour layered with scale-patterned detail and flanged pauldrons, her chest piece etched with spiralling runes that hint at an infernal or perhaps elder patron. Above it all sits a dragon skull helm, its hollow eyes forward and twin curved horns sweeping back — less a piece of protection and more a declaration of allegiance. The ornate pedestal base, cast with baroque scrollwork and fractured stonework, elevates her into something closer to a monument than a miniature.
From the back, the sculpt reveals equally rich detail: cascading feather-like texture at the neck and shoulders, layered spaulders with filigree edging, and the same meticulous engraving carried through to surfaces a casual eye might miss entirely. This is a piece built to reward the painter who takes their time — and to command attention on the display shelf even before a single brush is raised.
Perfect for adventurers who:
- Want a large-scale painting project with deep surface texture and layered armour detail
- Are building a fantasy bust collection with strong character identity
- Need visual inspiration for a Dragonborn Warlock PC, patron, or campaign villain
- Appreciate sculpts that hold detail across every angle, not just the front face
Encounter Hook:
The party has been tracking the source of a series of ruined villages — each one found cold, every inhabitant gone, no bodies left behind. At the edge of the last settlement stands a single stone plinth bearing this carved likeness, still warm to the touch. Beneath it, scratched into the flagstone in Draconic: She was here. She was pleased. She will return.
Details
This is a display bust, scaled and designed for collectors and painters rather than the tabletop grid. It is not a standard 32mm combat miniature — the bust format prioritises sculpted expression, armour texture, and the drama of a collector's piece. Supplied unpainted and unassembled where applicable, printed to a high standard of detail resolution.
