Dragonborn Scholar by Mia Kay M3DM
Description
Some knowledge is too dangerous for any library — and the scholars who seek it tend to have claws, scales, and a very well-worn travel satchel.
- ✔ 32mm scale resin miniature, printed fresh to order in the UK
- ✔ Supplied unpainted and ready to prime
- ✔ Compatible with D&D, Pathfinder, and all tabletop RPGs
- ✔ Equally at home on the gaming table or the display shelf
This dragonborn scholar carries the quiet authority of someone who has read things they probably shouldn't have. Sculpted by Mia Kay M3DM, the figure stands in a composed, contemplative pose — one hand raised to the chin in thought, a satchel strapped at the hip, and a long travelling coat draped across a broad draconic frame. The detail in the embroidered chest piece, the layered belt buckles, and the subtle curl of the horns give this mini real personality. Whether you're fielding a lorekeeper NPC, a rival arcanist, or a scholarly player character who just happens to also have a breath weapon, this sculpt does the work.
The cobblestone base grounds the figure nicely and adds real presence on the tabletop. This is the kind of mini that earns a named character sheet rather than a nameless encounter stat block — equally at home in a city campaign, an arcane academy, or a morally ambiguous quest chain involving forbidden texts.
Perfect for adventurers who:
- Want a charismatic or intelligence-focused dragonborn player character
- Need a memorable quest-giver, rival scholar, or faction representative NPC
- Are running an urban, academic, or political intrigue campaign
- Collect lore-heavy character minis for display or painting projects
Encounter Hook:
The party is summoned to the Grand Archive by a dragonborn scholar who claims to have translated a passage no living creature has read in three centuries — but when they arrive, the text has been burned, the scholar is bleeding, and the only clue is a single scale on the floor that doesn't match her colouring.
