Dragon eggs are more than props — they are plot hooks made physical. This sculpt from Novaminis captures a dragon egg in two states: whole, its surface encrusted with overlapping scales that ripple outward in layered rows, and cracked open, the shell split into jagged shards with the hollow interior visible and the leathery membrane still clinging to the edges. The detail on each piece rewards close painting — the individual scales have gentle ridges and subtle variation in depth, while the fractured shell's broken lip is irregular and raw, exactly as you'd expect from something that forced its way out from within.
