- ✔ Equally at home on the gaming table or the display shelf
This draconic homunculus sculpt captures the creature mid-prowl — weight shifted low, one clawed hand reaching forward, taloned feet gripping the base with coiled tension. The oversized bat-like wings flare behind it, one swept back and one raised high, giving the figure a sense of sudden movement — as if it just spotted its target. Two swept horns frame a broad, scaled face set with a contemptuous expression, and a spiked tail curls behind its haunches. The anatomy is reptilian throughout, with clearly defined musculature beneath tight, leathery skin.
As a warlock familiar or conjured construct, the draconic homunculus punches well above its small frame. It's the kind of creature that feels more dangerous than it should — fast, spiteful, and entirely loyal to whoever holds its binding. Whether you're building out a villain's menagerie, populating a wizard's tower, or handing your warlock player character their new companion, this sculpt brings the creature's unsettling energy to the table in detail.
The sculpt is from MZ4250's extensive Monster Manual 2025 range, which faithfully translates official D&D creature entries into tabletop-ready miniatures with considerable character.
This miniature suits adventurers who:
- Need a warlock familiar that looks genuinely threatening
- Are building encounters around summoners, artificers, or dark wizards
- Want a small but characterful display piece for a draconic or fiendish collection
- Are running campaigns in the Underdark, Avernus, or any dungeon-delving setting
- Prefer miniatures with dynamic, action-ready poses over static stances
Encounter Hook: The party enters the archmage's laboratory to find it ransacked — papers scattered, vials smashed, and a trail of tiny claw marks gouged into the stone floor leading toward the sealed inner vault. Then something drops from the rafters. The archmage's draconic homunculus is still here, still loyal, and utterly convinced these intruders are responsible for its master's disappearance.
