The Draconic Demon Emerald Run is a figure of coiled menace — a humanoid frame stretched over draconic anatomy, every part of it built for violence. Swept-back horns crown a reptilian skull split in a wide, fanged snarl. Bat-like wings flare wide from broad shoulders, the membrane detailed with fine bone ridges. A long, finned tail curls behind the legs, and the creature's clawed feet grip the ground mid-stride, caught in the moment just before the charge.
The sword held in both hands is no afterthought — this demon fights with the precision of someone who has studied it for centuries. Layered pauldrons and scaled armour at the hips and thighs speak to a creature that expects to be hit, and knows it will not matter. The body itself — lean, angular, scaled — carries the hallmarks of Epic Miniatures' eye for dramatic creature design: nothing wasted, nothing soft.
As a painting project, this sculpt rewards patience. The wings carry a clear membrane structure that takes washes and dry-brushing beautifully. The scales across the tail and lower body offer excellent surface texture, and the face — with its open jaw and narrowed brow — is expressive enough to carry a focused paint scheme on its own.
