Doran the Axe cuts an unmistakable silhouette: a broad-shouldered veteran clad in a mix of articulated plate and quilted mail, his wide-brimmed kettle helm tilted at the angle of a man who has stopped caring what he looks like and started caring only about what he can reach with that halberd. His long white beard and weathered stance speak of decades of campaign service — not a knight errant or a noble warrior, but the kind of hardened sell-sword or city guard captain that keeps a settlement alive through sheer stubborn refusal to fall over. The halberd he carries — a broad, double-tipped blade on a long haft — is held across his body with the easy confidence of a man who has used it more times than he can count.

From the front you see the face: lined, wary, and entirely unimpressed by whatever threat is currently in front of him. From behind, the sculpt reveals the full detail of his quilted skirt armour, riveted pauldrons, and greave straps — a remarkable amount of craftsmanship for a character who will probably spend his first scene telling the party to move along.
