Description

They said the dodo was extinct — they never accounted for one who'd taken levels in both Paladin and Bard, and wasn't afraid to weaponise a lute.

  • ✔ 32mm scale resin miniature, printed fresh to order in the UK
  • ✔ Supplied unpainted and ready to prime
  • ✔ Compatible with D&D, Pathfinder, and all tabletop RPGs
  • ✔ Equally at home on the gaming table or the display shelf

This Dodo Birdfolk Paladin Bard is one of the more gloriously unhinged multiclass concepts to ever grace a tabletop, and the sculpt absolutely leans into it. Two poses are available in this range: one action pose mid-strum with a massive stringed instrument raised like a battle standard, taloned feet planted wide, beak open as if mid-war-cry or power chord — and a second, more compact pose with the instrument slung behind, body angled with feathers flared and claws splayed forward. Both capture the energy of a creature that is entirely serious about both divine duty and musical performance, and sees absolutely no contradiction between the two.

The detailing on both sculpts rewards a brush — layered robes and wrappings, expressive avian features, and textured plumage give painters plenty of surface to work with. Equally at home on a gaming table as a display shelf.

Perfect for adventurers who:

  • Are building or playing a birdfolk, aarakocra, or kenku-adjacent character
  • Want a multiclass paladin-bard with genuine visual personality
  • Need a memorable NPC musician, divine herald, or eccentric quest-giver
  • Are drawn to creature-folk player character miniatures with real character
  • Love a sculpt that doubles as a display piece between sessions

Encounter Hook:
The party hears it before they see it — a thunderous chord reverberating off the dungeon walls, followed by the crash of something large hitting a door. When the door splinters open, a dodo in travel-worn holy vestments strides through, lute in hand, announcing in a booming rasp that it has been sent by the Choir Eternal to smite the cult operating on sublevel three, and that it would very much appreciate some assistance with harmonies.
