This sculpt from Great Grimoire captures a world-weary apothecary mid-examination, holding a potion flask aloft in one hand whilst clutching a second vial in the other. He wears a long work apron over layered travelling clothes, his lower face wrapped in a cloth mask — the mark of someone who handles volatile substances and would prefer not to be recognised doing so. A full bandolier of vials crosses his chest, and a tool-laden pouch hangs from his belt. One foot rests on what appears to be a discarded trap or piece of scavenged equipment, and the cobblestone base grounds him firmly in an urban or dungeon setting. Every detail speaks to a character who knows far more than he lets on.

Whether you cast him as a back-alley healer with questionable ethics, a travelling artificer between experiments, or a guild apothecary the party desperately needs on side, the Doc reads immediately as someone with knowledge, resources, and a very good reason for keeping his face covered.
