Description

Behind a surgeon's mask and a workbench cluttered with flasks, tomes, and a suspiciously fresh heart, the Doc goes about his business — and it's best not to ask too many questions.

  • ✔ 32mm scale resin miniature, printed fresh to order in the UK
  • ✔ Supplied unpainted and ready to prime
  • ✔ Compatible with D&D, Pathfinder, and all tabletop RPGs
  • ✔ Equally at home on the gaming table or the display shelf

This character piece from Great Grimoire depicts a masked, aproned male figure mid-examination, one hand raised to inspect a dark, dripping organ while the other steadies a vial. His workbench is loaded with detail — stacked books, glass vessels, a small oil lamp, and something wrapped and still on the table's edge. The sculpt walks the line between learned physician and unsettling curiosity, making him equally at home in a city back-alley clinic, a Ravenloft laboratory, or a thieves' guild operating room.

Whether your party needs a fence for information, a black-market healer, or the unwitting keeper of a macabre secret, the Doc brings immediate narrative weight to any encounter. His pose and prop work reward a thorough paint job, but he reads clearly even unpainted on the tabletop.

Perfect for adventurers who:

  • Need a morally ambiguous NPC healer, alchemist, or back-street surgeon
  • Are running a Ravenloft, urban intrigue, or noir-tinged campaign
  • Want a detailed centrepiece for a laboratory, apothecary, or thieves' den scene
  • Enjoy display painting and diorama work with rich surface detail

Encounter Hook:
The party tracks a missing nobleman's signet ring to a cramped basement clinic. The Doc doesn't look up from the organ on his table when they enter — he simply says, "The ring? Yes. But first — do any of you know whose heart this belonged to? It matters rather a lot."

Details

Supplied at 32mm scale (original sculpt is 35mm — if you'd prefer a different scale, send us a message and we'll do our best to accommodate). A decorative base option is available; if selected, please include a note with your preferred base style. The base arrives separate and can be glued into place. Supports are removed before dispatch, though minor marks from the printing process are possible and can be tidied up easily before priming.
