Desert Zombie by MZ4250
Description
Once a desert traveller swathed in linen robes, now it lurches forward with hollow eyes and a screaming jaw, compelled by nothing but the will of something far worse than hunger.
- ✔ 32mm scale resin miniature, printed fresh to order in the UK
- ✔ Supplied unpainted and ready to prime
- ✔ Compatible with D&D, Pathfinder, and all tabletop RPGs
- ✔ Equally at home on the gaming table or the display shelf
This Desert Zombie captures the particular horror of undead in arid, sun-bleached settings — a figure mid-shamble, mouth agape in a soundless wail, robes tattered and bare feet clawing at the ground. The sculpt leans into the detail that sets this apart from a graveyard-variety zombie: the remnants of a desert traveller's wrapped headgear still cling to the skull, the sash at the waist is frayed at the hem, and the exposed arms carry the sunken, desiccated texture of something long dead in the heat. It reads immediately as a creature from a different world than the typical dungeon encounter.
Sculpted by MZ4250 in their signature high-detail style, this mini works brilliantly as a rank-and-file undead threat in desert or ancient-ruins encounters, or as a striking display piece once painted. The open stance and forward lean give it real momentum on the tabletop — it looks like it's already walking towards your party.
Perfect for adventurers who:
- Run campaigns set in desert kingdoms, cursed ruins, or ancient tombs
- Need undead minions for a necromancer villain or mummy lord encounter
- Want a zombie that reads as culturally distinct from European-fantasy archetypes
- Are building a painted undead horde for display or gaming alike
Encounter Hook:
The merchant caravan has been missing for three days. When the party finally finds the wagons half-buried in sand, the cargo is undisturbed — but the drivers are standing at the ridge above, heads turning slowly in unison as the adventurers approach.
Supplied as a single piece attached to a round base, scaled to 32mm. Ready for priming and painting, or striking enough to use straight from the box. As with all our prints, each piece is quality checked before dispatch — minor support marks are possible but easily tidied up.
