Description

Somewhere beneath the scorched dunes, where the sun bleaches bone and the wind carries whispered prayers, the Soul Eater stirs — drawn by the scent of the living and the resonance of unguarded minds.

  • ✔ 32mm scale resin, printed fresh to order in the UK
  • ✔ All pieces supplied unpainted and ready to prime
  • ✔ Great value for building out encounter groups or display collections

The Desert Soul Eater is a creature of terrible purpose. Broad-shouldered and hunched, its body is swathed in dense, layered feathers that speak of something ancient — a desert spirit long since warped into predatory hunger. Its face is mask-like and unsettling, hollow-eyed beneath a crown of bone and runic carvings, its long tongue lolling from a wide, slack jaw. This is not a creature that charges blindly; it watches, it waits, and then it takes.

In its raised left hand it clutches a spiked reliquary — a soul-cage of sorts, bound shut with iron and sigils — from which trail writhing, tendril-like energies that snake down toward the ground. These coiling forms give the sculpt tremendous visual dynamism, suggesting barely-contained power rather than raw physical force. Its right hand grips a heavy cleaver-like blade, worn and utilitarian, as if the Soul Eater doesn't need finesse when it already has dominion over something far more fundamental than flesh.

The scenic base is richly detailed — broken stones, scattered debris, and creeping desert vegetation — all rune-etched around the rim, hinting at a ritual site disturbed or claimed. This is a miniature that commands attention on the gaming table and holds its own as a centrepiece on a display shelf.

This listing is a bundle, giving adventurers excellent value across multiple build options for the same sculpt — whether you want a supported or unsupported file, a decorative base or a plain one, you're covered.

  • Dungeon Masters who want a memorable desert encounter boss that doesn't feel like a reskin
  • Painters drawn to complex texture work — layered feathers, carved stone, and flowing energy effects
  • Collectors building out an arid-lands or ancient-spirits display
  • Anyone running campaigns across the desert wastes, ancient ruins, or spirit-haunted badlands

Encounter Hook: The party follows a trail of desiccated corpses — each one hollow-eyed and slack-jawed, as if something pulled the very essence from behind their gaze. At the centre of a collapsed sandstone temple, carved runes still faintly glowing, the Desert Soul Eater stands motionless, its reliquary pulsing with trapped light. It has been collecting. It has been waiting. And now, at last, there are enough souls to complete the ritual.
