Skorn Skullsplitter is no mere demon foot soldier — he is a Knight of the Seventh Reverie, a being of deliberate, armoured violence who has had centuries to refine his cruelty into something almost elegant. The sculpt captures him mid-stride, a towering horned figure clad in spiked plate and chainmail, his massive executioner's axe raised across one shoulder with the casual confidence of someone who has never once needed to defend himself. His barbed tail curls behind him, his clawed gauntlets grip with predatory ease, and a skull trophy hangs at his belt like a calling card left for the survivors. The scenic base beneath him — scattered stone debris and broken blades — tells you he has already been somewhere before this, and that somewhere did not go well for anyone else.
From the A Grim Siege grimdark adventure range by DM Stash, Skorn works equally well as a campaign boss, an elite fiendish commander in a devil war, or an imposing display piece for collectors who appreciate genuinely menacing character design. Two distinct sculpt variations are available — this listing features the forward-facing, axe-raised pose with the detailed debris base.
Perfect for adventurers who:
- Need a named villain with the presence to anchor an entire story arc
- Are running a siege campaign, infernal invasion, or grimdark 5e adventure
- Play a Tiefling Fighter or Warlock and want a striking character miniature
- Collect display pieces that reward close inspection and careful painting
Encounter Hook:
The gates of Varenhold held for eleven days. On the twelfth, the defenders heard something heavy land on the wall walk — not a catapult stone, but footsteps. By the time the watch captain turned, Skorn Skullsplitter was already inside the city, and the gates were the least of their problems.
Details
Supplied at 32mm scale. The model and scenic base are separate pieces, designed to be attached with superglue — and the base genuinely rewards the effort, as Skorn's pose and stance interact meaningfully with the debris underfoot. Two pose variants are available in this range, so check the rest of our DM Stash listings if you'd like both for command group or collection purposes.
