The Converted are among the most unsettling fiends a Dungeon Master can place across the table. These are not mindless demons summoned wholesale from the Abyss — they are former mortals, their humanity stripped away through corruption, ritual, or sheer infernal will. Each of the three sculpts in this bundle captures a different stage or aspect of that transformation: one looming and deliberate, dragging a wicked hand-axe with hollow green eyes betraying nothing; one mid-transformation, bellowing with abyssal fury as wild green hellfire erupts from both fists; and one fully converted, broad-horned and heavy with dark power, a barbed tail curling behind him as he raises taloned hands. The surface detail across all three — scarred flesh, torn chainmail loincloth, cracked armour fragments — makes each one as rewarding to paint as it is to place on the battlefield.
