Description

It did not come through the portal — it tore its way in, and whatever summoned it has long since fled screaming.

  • ✔ 32mm scale resin miniature, printed fresh to order in the UK
  • ✔ Supplied unpainted and ready to prime
  • ✔ Compatible with D&D, Pathfinder, and all tabletop RPGs
  • ✔ Equally at home on the gaming table or the display shelf

This is the Demon of the Abyss, pose 01 of the DM Stash range — a hulking fiend that looks like it was born mid-charge and hasn't stopped moving since. Broad shoulders coiled with sinew, a barbed tail sweeping low behind it, and twin hand axes gripped in clawed fists wrapped in spike-studded wrappings — this is a creature that fights on instinct, driven by the pure destructive energy of the Abyss. The sculpt captures every ridge of muscle, every jagged protrusion of bone and spike armour, and the expression on that horned, skull-like face leaves no doubt: your party is the only thing between this thing and the rest of the world.

On the tabletop it works brilliantly as a Barlgura, a Bearded Devil, a Marilith's bodyguard, or simply a named abyssal warlord your players will be talking about long after the session ends. For painters, the musculature and surface detail across the back and torso offer exceptional depth — this is a piece that rewards a zenithal prime and a careful wash as much as it rewards speed-painting for a game-ready finish. Equally at home on a display shelf as it is crashing onto your battle map.

A fine choice for adventurers who:

  • Need a genuinely threatening boss monster or elite demon for a D&D 5e or TTRPG encounter
  • Are building an Abyss-themed campaign, a corrupted temple arc, or a demonic invasion storyline
  • Want a detailed centrepiece miniature for a painting project or display collection
  • Are looking for a physically imposing fiend that reads instantly as dangerous from across the table

Encounter Hook:
The cult's ritual succeeded — partially. The binding circle held for exactly four seconds before the Demon of the Abyss shattered it from the inside, leaving nothing of the summoners but their robes. Now it strides through the ruins of the temple, twin axes raised, and your party are the only souls left in the building.

Details

Supplied at 32mm scale. The model and scenic rubble base are separate pieces and attach easily with superglue. The base features broken stonework that interacts with the model's pose — we recommend attaching it for the full effect. Printed in high detail; supports are removed before dispatch, though minor marks from the printing process can occasionally occur and are straightforward to clean up.
