Ash is no simple demon. Clad in layered scale armour adorned with eldritch engravings, this fighter-rogue walks the razor's edge between mortal discipline and infernal hunger. One arm has given itself over entirely to the corruption — scaled, clawed, and barely contained — while the other grips a runed short sword with the cold precision of a seasoned killer. The expression is a snarl caught mid-transformation: not fully lost, not fully saved. That ambiguity is what makes Ash so compelling at the table.
Whether you're running a tiefling anti-hero, a warlock whose pact went catastrophically wrong, or a demon-blooded assassin serving a fiendish patron, Ash brings that moral grey zone to life with a presence that demands attention from both DMs and painters. Supplied at 32mm scale. The figure and decorative base are separate pieces — a small amount of super glue brings them together securely, and the two are designed to complement one another. Supplied unpainted and ready for priming, or use as-is straight from the box. As with all hand-finished pieces, minor marks may occasionally be present — these are simple to address with a craft knife or fine file.
