This is the Demogorgon — Prince of Demons, lord of the Abyss, and one of the most iconic BBEGs in tabletop RPG history. This sculpt by Stormborn Collectibles captures the creature in terrifying mid-stride: a hulking, scaled humanoid torso erupting with multiple writhing tentacles, each tipped with vicious claws. The dual-headed leonine visage snarls with barely restrained fury, and the pose — weight shifted onto one raised leg, tentacles flung wide — conveys the chaotic, unstoppable momentum of an apex demonic predator. Every ridge of armoured scale, every coiling whip-tendril, and every savage claw has been sculpted with extraordinary detail, making this as rewarding a painting project as it is a menacing centrepiece on the tabletop.

Details

At 32mm base scale this is intended as a BBEG-scale model, so it runs notably larger than a standard player character mini — which is exactly as it should be. Three distinct angles across the render images show the full sweep of the tentacles and the dynamic composition from every side, confirming this is a genuinely imposing presence at the table.

Well-suited for adventurers who:

  • Need a centrepiece boss monster for a high-stakes Underdark or Abyssal campaign arc
  • Are running a planar invasion or cult-summoning storyline that demands a demon prince
  • Want a display piece that rewards careful, ambitious painting — the layered scales and tentacle detail offer exceptional brush work opportunities
  • Collect iconic D&D monsters and need Demogorgon to anchor the collection

Encounter Hook:
The ritual at the heart of the Underdark shrine was supposed to be incomplete — three of the seven seals were broken, the lead cultist was dead, and the party had every reason to believe the summoning had failed. Then the floor cracked, the temperature dropped twenty degrees, and four tentacles the colour of rotting flesh curled up through the stone. The Demogorgon doesn't need a complete ritual. It just needs a crack wide enough to be interesting.

Supplied unassembled and unpainted, ready for priming and painting straight out of the box. The model arrives in separate components for easier handling and cleaner detail — standard super glue will bond the parts securely. As this is a BBEG-scale sculpt it sits larger than a 32mm player character; if you need a specific size adjustment, get in touch and we'll sort it out.
