The Demilich is one of D&D's most iconic and unsettling creatures — a lich that has transcended even undeath, abandoning its body to exist as a near-indestructible skull crackling with arcane corruption. Atlanticus Arts has captured that dread perfectly here. The skull itself is heavily stylised, with angular faceted planes across the cranium and cheekbones that give it an almost crystalline, otherworldly quality — as though the bone itself has been warped by centuries of necromantic saturation. Encounter Hook
