Description
The forest falls quiet as three deer emerge from the treeline — a doe and fawn nuzzling together, a young buck alert beside them — unaware that they stand between the party and whatever hunts them.
- ✔ 32mm scale resin miniature, printed fresh to order in the UK
- ✔ Supplied unpainted and ready to prime
- ✔ Compatible with D&D, Pathfinder, and all tabletop RPGs
- ✔ Equally at home on the gaming table or the display shelf
These deer miniatures from Mia Kay M3DM capture the quiet life of the woodland in three distinct sculpts: a doe and fawn together as a single base piece (the Deer Family), a young buck standing cautiously upright (Deer Young Buck), and a tiny fawn picking its way through the undergrowth on its own (Deer Fawn). Each is rendered with natural detail — tufted grass bases, fine musculature, and the delicate proportions that make these animals feel genuinely alive on the tabletop.
In D&D 5e terms, deer are classified as Beasts, and they appear throughout wilderness encounters — as quarry for a hunting scene, as familiars or Wildshape forms for Druid characters, as a sign that a forest is healthy and watched over, or as creatures fleeing something far worse that the party is about to meet. These sculpts serve all of those moments with real presence. They are equally suited to display shelves alongside larger centrepiece models, where their fine detail rewards close attention.
A fine pick for adventurers who:
- Build immersive forest, meadow, or woodland encounters for D&D and other TTRPGs
- Need Wildshape or Beast tokens for Druid players
- Want to populate a wilderness hex map with ambient wildlife
- Collect naturalistic creature minis alongside their adventuring parties
- Enjoy painting small-scale animals with layered naturalistic colour work
Encounter Hook:
The village elder swore the old forest was cursed — that no animals had been seen near the standing stones in decades. As the party crests the ridge at dusk, three deer stand motionless in the clearing ahead, staring directly at them. They do not flee. They do not breathe. And slowly, one by one, they turn and walk into the stones.

What's included:
Available as individual sculpts — Deer Family (doe and fawn on a shared base), Deer Young Buck, and Deer Fawn — all at 32mm scale. The Deer Family is supplied as a single piece attached to its base. Individual sculpts with plain bases are supplied with the base detached for easy gluing. Each mini is ready for priming and painting, or use straight from the box. As with all hand-finished prints, minor marks or support traces may occasionally be present — these are easily tidied up before painting.

The cats have used their bonus action to look judgmental. As always, it was very effective.
