Description

Something vast and eyeless has been dreaming beneath the ocean floor — and at last, it has woken.

  • ✔ Multi-miniature bundle — multiple variations in one order
  • ✔ 32mm scale resin, printed fresh to order in the UK
  • ✔ All pieces supplied unpainted and ready to prime
  • ✔ Great value for building out encounter groups or display collections

This set from Great Grimoire captures two distinct visions of eldritch, tentacled horror. The first sculpt shows a limp, robed figure suspended high above the chaos — cradled aloft by a writhing mass of tentacles, horns curling from her head as her white cloak billows around her. Whether she is worshipper, sacrifice, or the abomination itself made flesh is left entirely to your table to decide. The second sculpt is rawer, more alien — a towering column of intertwined tentacles crowned by a single enormous reptilian eye, ringed by tooth-like protrusions and ringed again by flailing limbs. Both pieces are rendered with extraordinary surface detail: sucker-lined tentacles, cracked coastal ground, and a sense of wrongness that no amount of paint will fully resolve.

These are creatures that belong at the deep end of a campaign — the thing the cult has been feeding, the god that answered an ill-advised Sending, the reason the coastal village stopped sending letters. As display pieces, they command attention on any shelf.

Well-suited to adventurers who:

  • Run Lovecraftian, nautical, or cosmic horror-themed D&D and TTRPG campaigns
  • Need a boss monster that genuinely unsettles players at the table
  • Collect eldritch and aberration miniatures for display or painting projects
  • Want a centrepiece mini that tells a story before the first die is rolled

Encounter Hook:
The party follows a trail of missing fishing vessels to a sea cave at low tide. Inside, they find a crude altar of bone and driftwood — and a local priest suspended twenty feet in the air, still breathing, being examined by something that has never seen a human being before and is deciding whether it finds them interesting.
