Description

Once a warlock who bargained for power beyond mortal reach, the Deathlock Mastermind now serves its patron even in death — a hollow-eyed architect of necromantic schemes, still reaching for more.

  • ✔ 32mm scale resin miniature, printed fresh to order in the UK
  • ✔ Supplied unpainted and ready to prime
  • ✔ Compatible with D&D, Pathfinder, and all tabletop RPGs
  • ✔ Equally at home on the gaming table or the display shelf

This sculpt captures the Deathlock Mastermind in a commanding, mid-casting pose that speaks volumes at a glance. One skeletal hand is thrust outward, fingers splayed as necrotic energy crackles at its command, while the other grips a gnarled bone staff at its side. Its partially exposed skull face — framed by a horned crown and a flowing, tattered robe — sits somewhere between archlich and corrupted sorcerer. The arcane symbol embroidered across the tabard and the beaded amulet at its chest hint at a warlock pact that outlasted the caster's own mortality. This is not a mindless undead — it plots, it commands, and it remembers exactly what it gave up.

Whether you're running a Ravenloft horror campaign, a Vecna-adjacent conspiracy arc, or simply need a terrifying undead spellcaster to put the fear of the grave into your players, this miniature earns its place on the table. It works equally well as a painted display piece on the shelf — the flowing cape and layered robes reward careful brushwork with highlights and shadows aplenty.

Perfect for adventurers who:

  • Need a high-CR undead boss villain with genuine presence
  • Are running Curse of Strahd, Vecna: Eve of Ruin, or a homebrew necromantic conspiracy
  • Want an undead warlock NPC who feels genuinely intelligent and dangerous
  • Are building a display-worthy collection of dark fantasy miniatures
  • Play or DM campaigns where the undead have ambitions, not just appetites

Encounter Hook:
The party has been tracking a cult of undead warlocks across three cities — each cell following orders from a Mastermind none of them have ever seen. When they finally breach the inner sanctum beneath the collapsed cathedral, they find it waiting at the altar, staff lowered and claw raised, having already read their intentions in the entrails of the last adventurers who came this far.

Supplied at 32mm scale. The model and its decorative base are separate pieces designed to complement one another — some sculpts interact with the base in ways that look best when assembled together. A small amount of superglue is all that's needed. Supplied unpainted and ready to prime.
