Lord Trogmor is no shambling revenant. He is a death knight of terrible distinction: clad in elaborately engraved plate armour layered with floral filigree and scale detailing, a crown-crowned helm trailing a wind-swept plume, and a cape billowing behind him as though caught in a storm of his own conjuring. In one gauntleted fist he carries an ornate sceptre crackling with dark energy; in the other, a longsword levelled with the cold precision of someone who has never stopped making war. Beneath his armoured boots, skeletal hands claw upward from broken stonework — the dead answering his unspoken call.
This miniature is available in three distinct versions: a fully helmed and masked variant that conceals his face entirely, a bare-faced undead variant that reveals the rotting visage of a warlord long dead, and a dynamic forward-thrusting pose with sceptre extended and sword levelled as though mid-declaration of conquest. Each version shares the same intricate armour detailing and dramatic scenic base, making all three worth fielding — whether as different stages of a boss reveal, parallel encounters, or a throne-room display centrepiece. Trogmor works equally well as a death knight in a D&D 5e encounter, a lich-general leading an undead warband, or a fallen paladin BBEG with a history the party slowly uncovers.
Suited to adventurers who:
- Need a commanding undead BBEG with genuine gravitas and presence on the table
- Are building a Ravenloft, necromancer-controlled kingdom, or undead army campaign arc
- Want a display-scale painting project with exceptional surface detail to work with
- Are collecting death knight or fallen knight miniatures for themed shelves or dioramas
- Run encounter climaxes where the villain needs to look like he's already won
Encounter Hook:
The party traces the undead incursions to a mausoleum beneath the old keep — and finds Lord Trogmor seated on a throne of his fallen soldiers, sceptre in hand, waiting. He speaks first: he knew they were coming. He has been waiting three centuries for a party worth killing.
Details
Supplied at 32mm scale. The decorative scenic base — complete with grasping skeletal hands rising from cracked stone — is included and fits the sculpt closely; we recommend attaching it with a small amount of glue. Supplied unprimed and unpainted, ready for your brushwork or to display as cast. A dragon-scale textured backdrop is visible in the product images, giving a strong sense of how Trogmor reads on a dark display surface.
