The Death Kiss is one of the beholder-kin — distant, degenerate relatives of the great eye tyrants — and this sculpt captures everything unsettling about them. A bloated, ridged orb of pale flesh dominates the model, its single enormous eye sunken beneath concentric rings of chitinous tissue. From the body cascade ten long, sinuous tentacles, each one terminating not in a sucker or claw, but in a humanoid hand — some open and grasping, others curled as if in the final moment of unconscious reflex. The effect is deeply wrong in all the right ways.

The sculpt is dynamic without being theatrical. The tentacles curl and cross over one another in naturalistic disorder, giving the model genuine three-dimensional presence from every angle. This is a creature that clearly does not move — it simply arrives, and the pose communicates that drifting, weightless menace with quiet confidence.
