Description

Born from cursed bloodlines and bred in the darkest underworld kennels, the death dog hunts with two heads — and neither ever loses the scent.

  • ✔ 32mm scale resin miniature, printed fresh to order in the UK
  • ✔ Supplied unpainted and ready to prime
  • ✔ Compatible with D&D, Pathfinder, and all tabletop RPGs
  • ✔ Equally at home on the gaming table or the display shelf

The death dog is one of D&D's most distinctive low-to-mid-tier threats: fast, relentless, and carrying a diseased bite that can bring down adventurers long after the encounter ends. This sculpt captures the creature mid-stalk — body low, claws extended, hackles raised along the spine, and both snarling heads fixed forward like a predator that has already decided the outcome. The fur texture is rendered with exceptional depth, every strand visible from the coarse ridge along the back to the finer detail around the muzzle. One head is mid-roar with jaws fully open; the other is locked in a tighter, meaner snarl — two different expressions of the same singular hunger.

For Dungeon Masters, the death dog works brilliantly as a roaming wilderness encounter, a guard beast for a necromancer's lair, or a harbinger of something worse lurking in the shadows. Scaled to 32mm and mounted on a solid round base, it sits naturally alongside standard adventurer minis without overwhelming the scene.

Well-suited for adventurers who:

  • Run D&D 5e wilderness encounters, dungeon lairs, or underworld campaigns
  • Need a distinctive beast-type threat for mid-tier parties
  • Collect monster minis for display as well as the gaming table
  • Enjoy painting highly textured creature sculpts

Encounter Hook:
The shepherd's flock has been disappearing for three nights running — not killed and left, but taken whole. When the party investigates at dawn, they find twin sets of enormous paw prints circling the farmstead, and a trail of blood leading north toward the barrow hills.

Details

Printed at 32mm scale and supplied as a single piece attached to a round base, ready for priming and painting straight out of the box. As with all high-detail resin prints, minor support marks may occasionally be present — these are easily cleaned up with a hobby knife or light sanding.
