Some miniatures represent the threat. These two represent the consequence. The Dead Watchman bundle includes two distinct sculpts — Watchman 01, slumped face-down with his studded leather armour bunched and his buckler beside him, and Watchman 02, sprawled on his back with his arms open and his nasal helm resting beside a slack, lifeless face. Both carry the hallmarks of city guard kit: riveted armour, cross-stitched bracers, heavy boots, and the battered equipment of a man who trusted his post and lost.

These are not dramatic death poses. They are quiet, heavy ones — the kind that tell your players something terrible has already happened here.
