The Darkmantle is one of the Underdark's most unsettling ambush predators: part cephalopod, part living shadow, and entirely the wrong thing to blunder into on a narrow cave passage. This is pose 01 of our Darkmantle range by Novaminis, and the sculpt captures the creature mid-spread, its wide leathery mantle fanned out and its hooked claws splayed as if bracing to drop. The bumpy, textured hide across the bulbous body mass, the flat dead eyes, and the serrated inner beak are all rendered with the kind of anatomical specificity that makes a Dungeon Master very happy indeed. Painted, this would reward a deep mauve-to-bone wet blend on the mantle with something suitably unpleasant in the maw.

Details
Supplied at 32mm scale. Available with or without a plain black base; the base ships unattached and can be fixed with a small amount of glue. As with all hand-finished resin pieces, minor surface marks may occasionally occur — these are easily addressed before priming. Each piece is fully cured and support-cleaned before dispatch.

We use Royal Mail Track48 for our Domestic parcel delivery. This provides you with a tracking number so that you can track your items on their way to you.
