Darklings are creatures of pure Shadowfell spite — born from slivers of fey essence corrupted by centuries of darkness — and this sculpt captures exactly that manic, barely-contained fury. The Darkling Fiend Sling is mid-attack, its squat, powerful body low and coiled, one arm wrenched back overhead with a sling strap pulled taut, the other hanging loose with curved claws ready should the first strike miss. Its most arresting feature is that face: a cavernous maw split open to reveal rows of jagged, irregular fangs, a flat sunken nose, and deep-set eyes filled with gleeful malice.
