Dark Tooth Fairy Casual by Mia Kay M3DM
Description
She doesn't leave coins beneath pillows — she takes something far more valuable, and the roses on the ground are a warning.

- ✔ Supplied unpainted and ready to prime
- ✔ Compatible with D&D, Pathfinder, and all tabletop RPGs
- ✔ Equally at home on the gaming table or the display shelf
The Dark Tooth Fairy is no whimsical sprite. This sculpt captures a fey figure of quiet menace: long hair falling across a blindfolded face, arms crossed tight around a gnarled bone staff, tattered layered skirts bound with rope, and insectoid wings spread wide behind her. The base is strewn with wilting roses — a calling card left at the scene, not a decoration. Every detail speaks to a creature operating on the far, darker edge of the Feywild, where bargains are struck in dreams and debts are collected in teeth.
This is the casual pose from the Dark Tooth Fairy range by M3DM — standing still, composed, and utterly unsettling. She works equally well on the tabletop as a fey antagonist or peculiar NPC, and her richly textured sculpt rewards careful painting on the display shelf. The blindfold alone opens up vivid storytelling possibilities — what does she see that others cannot?
Perfect for adventurers who:
- Run Feywild arcs and want fey NPCs with genuine menace
- Need a distinctive fairy creature mini that breaks from the twee archetype
- Enjoy painting highly detailed character sculpts with strong silhouettes
- Collect dark fantasy and fey-themed miniatures for display
Encounter Hook:
The party's youngest member wakes with a molar missing and a single black rose on their pillow. By morning, a figure is spotted at the treeline — wings folded, staff in hand, watching. She hasn't moved since dawn, and the forest has gone very quiet.
Details
Supplied at 32mm scale. The model on the detailed scenic base comes as a single piece. The model with the plain base is supplied with the base separate for easy attachment with a small amount of glue. Arrives ready for priming and painting, or use straight from the box.
