Dark Queen (Medora) by Primal Collectibles
Description
She walks into the ruined throne room like she already owns it — dragon-horned helm, claw-tipped sceptre raised, and the cold certainty of someone who has already won.
- ✔ 32mm scale resin miniature, printed fresh to order in the UK
- ✔ Supplied unpainted and ready to prime
- ✔ Compatible with D&D, Pathfinder, and all tabletop RPGs
- ✔ Equally at home on the gaming table or the display shelf
Medora is a villain carved in confidence. Her armour is a masterwork of draconic design: layered pauldrons that fan like scales, a horned helm framing a face of composed menace, and a slit-skirt battle gown that moves between battlefield practicality and dark court ceremony. In her outstretched hand she carries a sceptre tipped with a draconic claw clutching a sphere — the universal body language of someone about to make a very bad day much worse. Her other hand rests with a curator's calm beside a shattered stone column, as if she's already catalogued the destruction around her and found it acceptable. The sculpted base, detailed with ancient stonework and dragon-scale relief, makes her equally compelling as a gaming piece or a display centrepiece.
Part of the Dragon Blade collection by Primal Collectibles, Medora suits any campaign arc that needs a face for its darkness — a sorcerer-queen who demands tribute, a fallen paladin now serving a dragon cult, or the woman standing between your party and the artefact they came to retrieve.
Perfect for adventurers who:
- Need a named villain or faction leader with genuine visual authority
- Are building a dragon cult, dark court, or draconic empire arc
- Want a high-detail display piece that earns its shelf space
- Play a Warlock or Sorcerer and want a character mini that matches the energy
- Are painting for competition or large-scale display projects
Encounter Hook:
The party finally reaches the inner sanctum of the Obsidian Spire — and Medora is already waiting. She doesn't draw a weapon. She raises one hand, the sphere in her sceptre beginning to glow, and says quietly: "I was wondering which of you would be brave enough to come alone." She knows exactly how many are standing behind them in the corridor.

What's included:
Medora is printed at 32mm scale. The model and decorative base are supplied as separate pieces — a small amount of glue will bond them cleanly. The base features sculpted stonework and interacts with the model's pose, so we'd strongly recommend using it. The miniature arrives unpainted and ready for priming. We quality-check every piece before dispatch; as with all high-detail resin work, very minor marks from support removal may occasionally be present and are easily tidied up.
Sculpted by Primal Collectibles — visit their page to see more of their work.
Mitz & Simz — the cats failed their Strength check to open the door but passed their Presence check to make it everyone else's problem.
A natural companion for player character minis and city encounters enthusiasts — see more from Primal.
