Every dark elf warband needs a herald — someone who carries the standard into the fray and sounds the signal that makes hearts seize in the chests of those who know what follows. This miniature captures that figure at the precise moment of the call: head tilted back, war horn raised to his lips, the long spiked battle standard gripped in his other hand and tilted at a proud angle above him.

The sculpt is rich with dark elven military detail. Layered plate and scale armour covers the torso and legs, edged with angular flourishes that carry that cold, ornamental quality typical of drow martial culture. The pauldrons are pronounced and curved, the greaves close-fitted, and the boots designed for the hard stone floors of underground fortresses rather than open terrain. The face bears a composed, purposeful expression — this is a herald who has sounded that horn before, and knows exactly what it means.

The banner itself is a standout feature: a pennant mounted on a long pole capped with a multi-pronged spike, ornate enough to denote rank but clearly battle-hardened.
