Description

She was once the guardian of a silver-barked grove; now the forest fears her, and the roots twist away from her footsteps.

  • ✔ 32mm scale resin miniature, printed fresh to order in the UK
  • ✔ Supplied unpainted and ready to prime
  • ✔ Compatible with D&D, Pathfinder, and all tabletop RPGs
  • ✔ Equally at home on the gaming table or the display shelf

The Dark Dryad is a fey creature caught between the natural world and something older and far more unsettling. Covered head to toe in cracked, bark-like skin, her body has become the forest itself — warped, hardened, and sharp. Antler-like branches crown her head in a jagged corona, and her clawed hands are raised with the slow menace of something that has no need to rush. She is not angry. She is certain. That is far worse.

This sculpt captures the duality that makes dark fey such compelling figures in a campaign — outwardly humanoid, unmistakably inhuman. The texture across her limbs and torso reads like ancient wood grain or cracked stone, while her stance suggests someone who has waited a very long time and is in no hurry to stop. She works beautifully as a corrupted dryad, a Feywild noble, a nature spirit gone wrong, or even a powerful druid who has given herself entirely to the wild magic of the forest.

Well-suited for adventurers who:

  • Need a compelling fey villain or neutral power for Feywild campaigns
  • Run encounters involving corrupted nature spirits or ancient forest magic
  • Want a character with strong visual presence on the tabletop or display shelf
  • Are building a painted showcase piece with exceptional surface texture detail

Encounter Hook:
The party enters a forest clearing to find the trees arranged in a perfect circle, every trunk scarred with the same symbol. At the centre stands a figure whose eyes hold no warmth — she tells them quietly that three travellers passed this way last month, and asks whether they would like to know what she did with them.

Scaled to 32mm and supplied as a single piece, attached to a flat round base. Supplied unpainted and ready for priming and painting, or use as is straight from the base. Minor support marks may occasionally be present and are easily tidied up.
