The Malevolent Seven are no mere goblin rabble or wandering bandits. These are hardened dwarven killers, each one a distinct and dangerous character. Dark Turik Darkpaw rides a spike-armoured war boar adorned with skulls and bone trophies, one fist raised in savage command — a cavalry threat that will scatter most lines before a word is spoken. Dark Brommuk Forgeborn is a wall of muscle and bone-chain jewellery, a massive maul raised overhead as he advances over a rubble-strewn base, fury written across every snarling feature. The remaining five bring their own weapons and silhouettes: skull-topped staves, curved blades, heavy axes, jester-horned helms, and the kind of scarred, weathered armour that says these dwarves have been in a hundred fights and ended every one of them.
Together they form a complete warband — a named villain coterie, a rival faction, or the centrepiece of a dungeon-crawl that your players will remember for months. Each sculpt holds its own on the tabletop but the group composition, captured in that first image, shows the real power of fielding all seven together. Equally at home painted and displayed on a shelf as they are rolling initiative.
Perfect for adventurers who:- Want a ready-made villain faction with individual named characters
- Need a memorable mounted enemy NPC or warlord for a dwarven encounter
- Are building an Underdark or dark-dwarf themed campaign
- Collect detailed character sculpts for display alongside tabletop use
- Run D&D 5e, Pathfinder, or any fantasy TTRPG requiring distinct humanoid enemies
Encounter Hook:
The party has been tracking a series of village raids for three sessions — livestock gone, survivors describing a dwarven warlord on a monstrous boar flanked by six heavily armed kin. They finally catch up at a crossroads shrine. Dark Turik Darkpaw is waiting for them, and the other six are already in position around the treeline.
