Dale is a caravan driver who looks like he's lived every mile of his route. Broad-shouldered and unhurried, he wears an open traveller's coat over a bare chest wrapped in braided rope belts, a wide-brimmed hat tilted just so, and the quiet confidence of a man who knows how to handle trouble before it becomes trouble. His left hand rests on a cane — more weapon than walking stick, you suspect — while a falcon perches calmly on his right forearm, scanning the horizon. This is a man who's been paying attention for a very long time.

For Dungeon Masters, Dale is a gift. He works as a world-weary caravan master who hires the party for protection — or refuses to, having heard about their reputation. He could be a retired Ranger nursing an old wound, a smuggler with a legitimate cover story, or a scout master whose falcon has spotted something in the treeline that he'd rather not mention just yet. The sculpt rewards close inspection: braided cord detailing on the sash, carved toggles on the coat's lapels, and a falcon rendered with real feather texture. Encounter Hook:
The party spots a lone wagon pulled up at the roadside, its driver sitting on the footboard sharing dried meat with a hawk. He doesn't look up as they approach, but the bird does — and when Dale finally speaks, it's to tell them the bridge ahead has been out for three days, the ford is being watched, and he'll show them the back way through the hills for a price. He names the price without blinking. It's fair, which is somehow the most suspicious thing about it.

Dale is printed at 32mm scale and arrives ready to prime and paint. The falcon is a separate piece for ease of assembly — a small drop of superglue seats it cleanly on the arm. As with all our minis, support marks are removed and each piece is fully cured before dispatch.
