This cyclops is a brute built for the battlefield — and the sculpt makes that unmistakably clear. The figure is massively proportioned, with an enormous hunched torso, thick corded muscle across the back and shoulders, and rope bindings lashed around wrists and forearms that speak to a creature barely contained by even its own makeshift restraints. The face is wide-mouthed, mid-bellow, with a single protruding lower tusk and that classic cyclopean blank stare replaced here by something altogether more feral.
The weapon is the real centrepiece: a brutally oversized maul constructed from a repurposed blade shaft topped with a massive boulder-like stone head, studded with spines and bound with leather strips. Dangling from the creature's rope belt are a collection of trophy skulls in various sizes — grim evidence of past victories. A cluster of curved horns is lashed across the chest as makeshift armour, and a rough cloth loincloth completes the savage silhouette. Every inch of this sculpt tells the story of a creature that takes what it needs and keeps what it kills.
This variation — Cyclops 01 — depicts the creature mid-stride with the maul held low, coiled and ready to swing. If you're building out an encounter group or want to compare poses, check the other numbered variants in the range.

Encounter Hook: The party's goat-herding contact in the highland village warned them about something taking livestock from the upper pastures. They assumed wolves. The fresh trail of enormous barefoot prints leading into the boulder fields — each one three feet across — suggests the situation is considerably more complicated than that.
