This cursed tree is a striking piece of scatter terrain that does exactly what great tabletop scenery should: it makes your players uneasy before a single dice is rolled. Gnarled, leafless branches twist upward like grasping fingers, and at the base of the thick trunk, a skull is pressed into the bark — not carved, but grown there, as though something dark was consumed by the wood long ago. Every groove and fissure in the bark has been sculpted with real attention to texture, giving it the weight of something genuinely ancient and genuinely wrong.
