Description

Once a mortal warrior of terrible renown, the Cursed Lich has traded breath and blood for something far more enduring — an eternity of cold, purposeful violence.

  • ✔ 32mm scale resin miniature, printed fresh to order in the UK
  • ✔ Supplied unpainted and ready to prime
  • ✔ Compatible with D&D, Pathfinder, and all tabletop RPGs
  • ✔ Equally at home on the gaming table or the display shelf

This sculpt captures the Cursed Lich mid-assault — robes torn and trailing, skeletal jaw bared in a grimace of undying fury. The longsword lunges forward with a fighter's precision even as the Lich's free hand reaches back, the whole pose crackling with the violence of a creature that has forgotten mercy but not technique. Skull-adorned armour buckles sit above ragged, flowing burial robes, and the horned helm crowning that fleshless skull speaks to the Lich's former station — a warlord, perhaps, or a champion who bargained badly at the end.

The detail rewards a painter's attention: deep folds in the tattered robes, defined boneWork on the exposed arms and jaw, and ornate etching on the sword's guard. Whether you favour a ghostly pallor wash, a corroded-metal palette for the armour, or something altogether darker, this sculpt holds paint with real depth. It reads clearly at gaming distance but repays close inspection on the display shelf too.

At 32mm scale on a medium (25.5mm) base, the Lich sits naturally alongside a standard adventuring party — imposing without overwhelming the table. The multipart construction allows for a clean, sharp result straight out of the box.

Well suited for adventurers who:

  • Need a mid-tier undead threat that feels genuinely dangerous, not just decorative
  • Are building a Necromancer's honour guard or a crypt-dwelling warband
  • Want a centrepiece painting project with ample surface detail
  • Play in Ravenloft, the Shadowfell, or any campaign where the dead do not rest quietly
  • Enjoy converting — the flowing robes and dynamic pose offer interesting opportunities

Encounter Hook

The party descends into the barrow expecting corpses and finds something worse — a lone figure standing in the burial chamber's centre, longsword already drawn, horned helm tilted toward them as if it has been waiting. The Cursed Lich says nothing. It simply advances, blade sweeping in the same disciplined arc it has repeated for three hundred years.
