The Cursed Godling is a deeply unsettling sculpt: a distended, pallid figure hauling itself upright from a coiling nest of visceral entrails, mouth stretched wide in a snarl of pain or rage — or both. Its sunken eyes are hollow, its limbs too long, and a thick rope of tendrils arcs behind its swollen head like a grotesque halo. This is not a creature that attacks from ambition or hunger — it attacks because something has gone terribly, irrevocably wrong with whatever divine spark it once carried.

For Dungeon Masters, the Godling works beautifully as a corrupted demigod, a warlock's patron made flesh, an aberrant remnant of a dead god's will, or the horrifying centrepiece of a body-horror encounter in the depths of a forgotten temple. Its pose — mid-rise, clawing and howling — reads as immediate threat at any table, while the intricate detail of the writhing base makes it equally compelling as a display piece for collectors who appreciate the darker end of fantasy sculpting.

Perfect for adventurers who:

  • Run dark, cosmic horror or body-horror themed TTRPG campaigns
  • Need a memorable boss monster or corrupted deity encounter
  • Are building a warlock patron or eldritch patron encounter scene
  • Collect and paint disturbing, high-detail fantasy miniatures for display

Encounter Hook:
The party descends into the flooded crypt beneath the fallen temple and finds the high priest still alive — or something wearing his shape — dragging itself toward the altar with a sound like tearing cloth and distant, wordless hymns. It does not acknowledge them. It does not stop moving. The DC 15 Insight check reveals, horribly, that it is singing.

Details

What's included:
Supplied at 32mm scale. The model on the detailed scenic base comes as a single piece. A plain base variant is also available detached, ready to glue. Supports are removed before dispatch; as with all hand-finished miniatures, minor surface marks may occasionally be present and are easily tidied with a file or blade. Arrives fully cured and ready to prime and paint — or display as-is.
