The Cryptid Executioner is not a creature that hunts. It presides. Massive, hunched, and bristling with bony spines that jut from its shoulders like the ribs of something it devoured long ago, this towering fey horror carries its jagged bone-bladed axe with the ease of something that has been swinging it for centuries. A severed helm dangles from its free hand — a trophy, or perhaps a warning. The rune-etched base beneath its clawed feet hints at ancient rites and courts long forgotten, where this creature served as the last word in Feywild justice.
Whether you're running a dark Feywild arc, a campaign steeped in archfey intrigue, or simply need a BBEG that will make your players go very quiet when they see it on the table, the Cryptid Executioner commands the room. Encounter Hook:
The party follows the sound of a tolling bell deep into the Feywild, only to find a clearing ringed with severed helms on stakes — and at its centre, the Executioner, already holding a warrant that bears the name of one of the adventurers. The archfey's court has passed judgement. This creature is merely here to carry it out.
This model is printed at a larger scale than standard 32mm — the base is 80mm, making it a display-scale boss miniature sized by the artist to command the table as a centrepiece character. If you'd like different scaling, get in touch and we'll see what we can do. The scenic rune-carved base is included but arrives detached so it can be glued at your preferred angle. The model arrives ready for priming and painting, or can be used straight away as-is.
