Something has torn through this figure from the inside out. The Corrupted Villager mid-lunge captures the horrible moment when a person is no longer quite a person — pointed ears elongating, muscles twisting beneath ragged cloth, mouth wrenched open in a soundless scream. The sculpt is ferociously dynamic: one knee raised, both arms outstretched, the torso grotesquely distorted on one side where the corruption has taken hold. Whatever this was, it was once someone's neighbour.
For Dungeon Masters, this is exactly the kind of encounter piece that makes players uncomfortable in the best possible way. The corrupted villager sits at the crossroads of horror and tragedy — a creature that's recognisably humanoid but clearly, terrifyingly wrong. Equally at home on a game table during a village-gone-wrong arc or on a display shelf as a centrepiece of a horror-themed collection, this is a sculpt with genuine narrative weight.
Perfect for adventurers who:
- Run horror-inflected D&D or TTRPG campaigns with body-horror elements
- Need unsettling humanoid enemies for village corruption or cult storylines
- Want a striking, dynamic piece for a painted display or diorama
- Are building an encounter around dark druidic magic, demonic influence, or cursed afflictions
Encounter Hook:
The party is hired to investigate a remote farming village where tithes have stopped arriving at the local lord's estate. On arrival, they find the village eerily quiet — until dusk, when the barn doors crash open and four shambling, howling figures pour out, their bodies twisted beyond recognition, their eyes locked on the party with terrifying, single-minded hunger.
Scaled to 32mm. Available with or without a plain black base — the base is supplied unattached and can be fixed in place with a small amount of glue. Some minor surface marks are possible as a natural result of the printing process; these are easily cleaned up. Each piece is fully cured and ready for priming and painting, or use straight from the box.
