Adana was once a celebrated ranger, her name spoken with respect across the frontier towns she protected. Whatever she encountered in the dark places between worlds has hollowed out that reputation and filled it with something far older and far hungrier. This sculpt captures her mid-revelation: the carved pauldrons and chainmail of a seasoned fighter still intact, a warhammer grip held loosely in one hand, a short blade at her hip — but her chest has split open into a gaping maw ringed with jagged teeth, and thick writhing tentacles coil from her torso and legs like a nightmare breaking free of its shell. Her face, too, has begun to betray her — a second set of teeth spreading across her lower jaw, eyes wide with something that might be fury or loss or both.
The sculpt rewards a careful painter. The back of the miniature reveals extraordinary detail across her chainmail — layered interlocking rings and flowing knotwork that speaks to the skilled artisan she once was — while the front tells the horror of what she is becoming. Her textured, rubble-strewn base grounds her in the midst of a scene already in motion. Whether she is a fallen party companion, an enemy shapeshifter mid-reveal, or the centrepiece of a body horror encounter, Adana carries genuine dramatic weight both on the table and on a display shelf.

Supplied at 32mm scale. The model and decorative rubble base are separate pieces — the base is sculpted to interact with the model's pose, so we recommend attaching both for the full effect. Arrive unpainted and ready for priming, painting, or immediate use as bare resin.
