A harbourside encounter needs more than a blue mat and imagination — it needs the texture of salt-worn timber underfoot, the solidity of mooring posts, and the particular tension of a platform with nowhere left to run. This Corner Dock piece delivers exactly that. Sculpted with convincing wood-grain planking, iron nail heads, and chunky weathered bollards at each corner, it captures the feel of a working dock that has seen a great deal of commerce — and a great deal of trouble.
The L-shaped layout makes this piece genuinely versatile on the table. Use it as a quayside junction, a fishing platform, a smuggler's landing, or the final standoff point in a riverside chase. Encounter Hook:
The party has tracked the smugglers to the old corner dock at low tide. Crates of contraband are stacked between the bollards, the gangplank to the getaway vessel is already being raised, and a hired crossbowman has just spotted the party from the far platform. The dock groans under everyone's weight — and something large is circling beneath the surface.
Supplied as a single terrain piece at 32mm scale. Presented in unpainted grey resin, ready for priming and painting to whatever scheme suits your table — or display it as-is for a raw, weathered aesthetic. The piece is fully cured and support-marked surfaces have been cleaned; minor imperfections inherent to the printing process may occasionally be present and are easily tidied up before painting.
