This is Cook 02, the second variation in Novaminis' cook series — where Cook 01 is more at ease behind the hearth, this version is mid-motion: recipe book raised in one hand, a flat-bottomed pan tucked under the other arm, and a wooden ladle and pouch swinging from a rope belt. She reads as she walks, probably muttering corrections to a recipe she's adapted a dozen times. Her braided hair is pinned loosely back, and her layered skirts and laced bodice give her the look of someone who has spent years in a working kitchen and dressed accordingly — practical, worn-in, and entirely comfortable with who she is.
The sculpt captures a quiet kind of authority. She's not a fighter, but she runs her domain with the confidence of someone who knows everyone in the inn depends on her. The book she's consulting could be a recipe tome, an inventory ledger, or — if your campaign calls for it — something rather more arcane. A cook who dabbles in herbalism, an informant who keeps the books of the local thieves' guild, or simply the most reliable source of local gossip in a three-day ride: she fits all of these roles without a single modification.
