Description

He has crossed oceans and broken sieges, and the way he scans a room tells you he expects trouble to follow him still.

  • ✔ 32mm scale resin miniature, printed fresh to order in the UK
  • ✔ Supplied unpainted and ready to prime
  • ✔ Compatible with D&D, Pathfinder, and all tabletop RPGs
  • ✔ Equally at home on the gaming table or the display shelf

This is the third sculpt in Galaad Miniatures' Conquistador range, and it carries a quietly different energy to its siblings. Where some warriors pose for the charge, this one stands mid-thought — a battered field tome in one hand, a broad shield slung at his back, and a short sword hanging loose at his hip. His conical morion helm and layered padded-and-plate armour speak to a life of prolonged campaign: practical, worn, and entirely convincing. The satchels and straps add genuine narrative weight — this is a soldier who plans ahead, not a brawler who improvises.

Whether you use him as a seasoned Fighter PC, a grizzled military NPC, a city-state officer with divided loyalties, or a veteran mercenary who knows where the bodies are buried, the sculpt gives your DM screen something to work with. He is equally well-suited to a display shelf, where the detail in his armour layering and the quiet authority of his stance reward a careful paint job.

A good match for adventurers who:

  • Need a Fighter or Soldier background PC with an Old World feel
  • Want a believable military NPC — guard captain, expedition leader, or rival commander
  • Are running campaigns with colonial, Renaissance, or Conquistador-era flavour
  • Are collecting the full Galaad Conquistador range alongside poses 01 and 02
  • Love detailed historical-fantasy sculpts for display painting

Encounter Hook:
The party's new employer arrives ahead of schedule — a stocky man in a dented morion, leafing through a field journal as if he already knows what they're going to say. He quotes the contract back at them from memory, snaps the book shut, and tells them the ship leaves at dawn. He doesn't ask whether they're ready.

Details

Supplied at 32mm scale. The miniature and its cobblestone base are separate pieces — attach with a small amount of superglue. The decorative base is recommended, as the sculpt is designed with it in mind. Supplied unprimed and unpainted, ready for your brushwork or usable straight from the box as a gaming piece. Minor imperfections from the printing process are possible; any residual marks are easily tidied up before priming.
