Clio Bill is a medieval peasant woman caught mid-flight, her whole body seized by pure, undiluted panic. One arm reaches skyward, fingers splayed as if grasping for help that isn't coming; the other trails behind her as she breaks into a desperate run. Her laced bodice, rough-woven skirts, and simple headscarf mark her as a woman of the common folk — someone who has absolutely no business being in the middle of whatever catastrophe your party just caused. The expression on her face says it all: wide eyes, open mouth, the unmistakable look of someone who has seen something she can never un-see.
This is a character who tells a story the moment she hits the table.
