The Chuul is one of the more unsettling horrors the Underdark has to offer: part crustacean, part aberration, entirely relentless. This sculpt from Yasashii Kyojin Studios captures the creature mid-surge, its massive serrated claws spread wide and one raised in a threatening arc, while a mass of writhing tentacles erupts from its lower body like a tidal wave of wrongness. The domed, eyeless head and the cascading facial tendrils give it that unmistakable alien quality — something that was never meant to exist above the waterline, let alone at your table.
Three distinct angles are shown in the product images, each revealing fresh detail: the sweeping reach of those segmented claws, the ridged carapace along the dorsal surface, and the churning tentacle base that makes it look as though it's dragging itself up from somewhere much, much worse. This is a centrepiece-worthy sculpt for gaming and display alike.

Encounter Hook:
The party follows the missing fishing village's trail to a flooded sea cave — and finds the nets still hanging, full of bones stripped clean, while something vast shifts in the dark water at the far end of the cavern, drawn by the light of their torches.
Scaled to 32mm. Available with or without a plain black base — the base comes unattached and can be fixed in place with a small amount of glue. Supplied unpainted and ready for priming; a small number of minor surface marks may occasionally be present due to the printing process, though these are easily addressed before painting.
