Description

Its face is a clock face — hands frozen at an hour no living soul can name — and the chains that hang from its shoulders have been counting down to something ever since the day it was made.

  • ✔ 32mm scale resin miniature, printed fresh to order in the UK
  • ✔ Supplied unpainted and ready to prime
  • ✔ Compatible with D&D, Pathfinder, and all tabletop RPGs
  • ✔ Equally at home on the gaming table or the display shelf

The Chronoceph is a Warforged construct unlike any other artificer's creation. Where others bear armour plates or runic engravings, this one wears the face of a grand clock as its very head — Roman numerals, ornate hands, and all — framed by long braided chains that trail from its shoulders like the pendulums of a forgotten tower. Dressed in a long coat and waistcoat, it strides with an unhurried confidence that suggests it knows exactly how much time remains. For everyone.

Whether you're running a campaign steeped in arcane engineering, a city adventure involving a mysterious guild of timekeepers, or a horror-adjacent arc where something ancient has been reactivated, the Chronoceph brings an immediately striking visual presence to the table. Equally at home as a recurring NPC, a boss monster, or an ally with unsettling knowledge of future events, this is a sculpt that will prompt questions the moment it hits the battlefield — or the display shelf.

Perfect for adventurers who:

  • Run campaigns involving artificers, arcane constructs, or chronomancy
  • Want an NPC or boss with a genuinely memorable silhouette
  • Are building a collection of Warforged or construct-type minis
  • Love a mini that rewards a detailed paint scheme — the clock face alone is a project

Encounter Hook:
The party breaks into the sealed vault beneath the Clockmakers' Guild and finds it already occupied — a tall figure in a long coat stands motionless in the centre of the room, its clock-face head ticking quietly in the dark. When the minute hand reaches twelve, it turns to face them and speaks: "You are seventeen minutes late. The contract has already been fulfilled."

The Chronoceph is printed at 35mm scale — if you'd prefer a different scale, drop us a message and we'll do our best to accommodate. Three decorative base options are available: a Wall Scene (a stone-pillared gate with lantern and cobblestone floor), a Books Scene (cracked stone floor strewn with open tomes), and a Boxes Scene (ornate floor with brass telescope and travel cases). Please include a note with your order to let us know which base you'd like. All bases are supplied separately and can be attached easily with a small amount of glue. A plain black base is also available if you prefer to base the mini yourself.
