This two-piece set from Stormborn Collectibles brings one of D&D's most beloved dungeon predators to your table in gloriously deceptive form. The first piece is an innocent-looking iron-banded treasure chest — the kind adventurers have looted a hundred times without a second thought. The second piece reveals the truth: the same chest, lid flung wide, rows of jagged teeth lining the interior, and a thick, writhing tongue spilling out onto the ground. Together, they let you run the reveal in real time — place the closed chest, and when the party reaches in, swap it out for the open mimic. The table will never trust a loot drop again.
The sculpt captures the classic mimic with real character — the chest body is textured with worn wood grain and riveted iron straps, while the maw is all menace: uneven, oversized fangs and a tongue that drapes with unsettling weight. Both pieces are crisp and detailed at 32mm scale, and they work equally well as an active encounter piece or as a display curiosity on your shelf.

This set includes two pieces: one closed chest and one open mimic with tongue extended. Both are printed at 32mm scale. Assembly may be required and pieces can be joined with superglue. Supplied unpainted and ready for priming — or use straight from the box for that raw resin dungeon aesthetic.
