Satada is a Changeling Rogue sculpted with the kind of quiet menace that only the most dangerous characters can pull off. She stands in a long, buckle-strapped coat that speaks of a dozen cities and twice as many aliases, one arm folded across her chest while the other raises a slender dagger to eye level — inspecting it with the calm, detached focus of someone who has made this moment into an art form. Her flowing hair and serene expression suggest a woman entirely at ease in situations that would unnerve everyone else at the table.
As a Changeling, she carries that extra layer of ambiguity — is this her real face, or simply the one she's chosen for today? For Dungeon Masters and players alike, that question is half the fun. Whether she's your PC's miniature, a guild contact who always seems to know too much, or the face-stealer the party have been chasing across three sessions, Satada brings presence and story to the tabletop in equal measure. She works just as well on a display shelf as she does in the heat of a heist arc.
Built for adventurers who:
- Are playing a Rogue, Arcane Trickster, or face-forward Changeling character
- Need a morally flexible NPC contact, fence, or information broker
- Want a miniature that rewards careful painting — the layered coat, buckled straps, and flowing hair offer real depth
- Collect character-driven sculpts that tell a story at a glance
- Run urban intrigue, thieves' guild, or espionage-heavy campaigns
Encounter Hook:
The party's contact at the Silver Lantern Inn greets them warmly — but one of them notices the signet ring on her finger belongs to a noble who was reported dead three days ago. She catches the glance, raises her dagger to the candlelight, and smiles. "Shall we talk about what you actually need, or what you think you came here for?"
Details
Available at 32mm (tabletop scale) and 54mm (display scale). The tabletop version can be ordered with or without a plain black base — the base arrives unattached and can be affixed with a small amount of super glue. Supports are removed before dispatch; as with all high-detail resin work, minor marks may occasionally remain and can be tidied up with a hobby knife before priming.

The cats rolled Perception to find the warmest spot in the studio. Both rolled 20. They have not moved since.
A great companion for player character minis and city encounters.
