This is no ordinary lizardfolk. The Centaur Lizard Conqueror is a large-base creature that dominates its footprint: the lower body is a heavily scaled, four-legged lizard form — broad belly, pronged claws, and a powerful hindquarter taper — while the upper torso rises into a warrior's frame clad in segmented plate armour engraved with angular runes. Curved horns sweep back from a crested helm, and the face beneath holds a wide, battle-grin of a predator who has never once lost a fight it started.

The falchion held in its right hand is oversized and elegantly cruel — a broad, slightly hooked blade mounted on a crossguard hilt that speaks of deliberate craftsmanship rather than crude salvage. The left arm extends outward, claws spread wide, giving the whole pose a dynamic energy: this creature is mid-advance, occupying space aggressively, every line of it communicating that the gap between it and your party is closing fast.

Detail throughout the sculpt is dense and painterly. The scales transition from tight, smooth plates across the belly to rougher, more irregular texture on the limbs and haunches — ideal for dry-brushing or layered washes.
