Centaur Foal by La Louve 3D

Born between two worlds — the wild heartbeat of the plains and the capricious magic of the Feywild — a centaur foal is never quite as harmless as it looks.

- ✔ Supplied unpainted and ready to prime
- ✔ Compatible with D&D, Pathfinder, and all tabletop RPGs
- ✔ Equally at home on the gaming table or the display shelf
This charming sculpt from La Louve 3D captures a young centaur mid-prance, one hoof raised with the easy confidence of a creature that knows it belongs wherever it chooses to roam. The upper body is girlish and expressive, wearing a simple vest, with long hair swept back as though caught in a breeze. The lower body is richly textured with dense, shaggy fur across the haunches and legs, and a proud tail flicked upward mid-stride. The face carries a sly, knowing smile — this is not a foal in need of protecting; this is a foal who knows exactly where the herd is headed and has already decided to go a different way.
In your campaign, centaur foals are far more than background dressing. In Feywild settings, they might serve as guides, tricksters, or emissaries of the wild court — beings who appear young but carry memories older than the forest. A DM could use this sculpt as a fey NPC, a ward to be escorted through dangerous terrain, or simply a memorable encounter that leaves the party wondering whose side the creature is really on. As a display piece, the dynamic pose and detailed sculpt make it a stand-out addition to any collector's shelf.
Perfect for adventurers who:
- Run Feywild arcs and want evocative fey NPC miniatures
- Need young or juvenile creature sculpts for narrative-driven encounters
- Enjoy painting challenging fur textures and expressive faces
- Collect fey and mythic creature miniatures for display
Encounter Hook:
The party follows a trail of crushed wildflowers into a moonlit glade, where a centaur foal stands alone — waiting. She says the herd sent her. She says they need help. She does not say why her hoofprints lead away from the herd's direction, not toward it.
Details
Supplied at 32mm scale and printed to a high standard. The model and decorative base (if selected) are supplied as separate pieces for easy assembly with a small amount of glue — some sculpts interact meaningfully with their bases, so the base option is worth considering. Minor support marks may occasionally be present and are straightforward to clean up before priming.
