This is Cave Gnome 02 from Mia Kay M3DM's cave gnome range — a stocky, broad-shouldered gnome with a crossbow bolt slung over one shoulder, a messenger satchel across his chest, and a no-nonsense expression that suggests he's dealt with far worse than whatever your party is carrying through his tunnels. He holds a hooded lantern low in one hand — the kind that keeps the dark at a respectful distance — and a pair of potion vials hang from his belt, hinting at someone who plans ahead. His wide-legged stance and pointed ears give him that particular quality of a gnome who has learned when to move quietly and when to hold very, very still.

Encounter Hook:
The party has been lost in the tunnels for three hours when a lantern bobs into view around the corner. The gnome holding it stops, eyes the group up and down, and shifts the crossbow bolt on his shoulder just slightly. "You're not the first lot to wander through here without a map," he says. "Most of the others didn't make it back. I charge for guides, and I charge double after the first junction." Whether he's a lifeline or a trap is entirely up to your DM's discretion.
Cave Gnome 02 is scaled to 32mm. The model comes in two base options: a scenic base version supplied as a single attached piece, and a plain base version supplied detached for easy gluing to your preferred base. Supplied unpainted and ready for priming — or display as-is straight from the box.
